Hello there. My name's Kurt Elizabeth Hummel, and I'm 18 years old. I'm currently being forced to complete community service for attempted manslaughter. It's not what it sounds like though okay? I went to visit my father one night to find my dad unconscious and bleeding on the floor. It didn't take long to realize that someone had broken into his house and as I was calling 911 someone attacked me from behind. In the process of defending myself, I grabbed the heaviest thing that I could get my hands on and beat the man senseless. By the time I actually realized what I had done, the guy wasn't really that recognizable but he was still alive. I think that it's bullshit, but I was arrested and charged with attempted manslaughter - despite the fact that the man had broken into my father's home and severely injured him. I think it was something to do with the fact that I didn't really live there anymore since I had moved out after graduation the year before.
Anyway, on my first day of community service this crazy storm came and all of us got caught in it. Now, I'm left with this weird ability to control electricity which is kind of awesome. Unless I'm accidentally electrocuting people, which happens a lot lately.
